Manufacturing Program Manager – STIVA 1 Johnson Controls is a global leader in thermal management, building systems, and energy efficiency. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing programs that support operational excellence, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all programs align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results in quality, cost, and efficiency. Define program scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and commitment to results. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to address challenges and maintain alignment throughout every project phase. Drive readiness for new product introductions, process changes, and capacity expansions, focusing on strategic priorities. Monitor and enhance key metrics such as production output, process capability, cost performance, and quality indicators. Identify and resolve roadblocks within manufacturing workflows using problem‑solving methodologies and empower teams to contribute to improvements. Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and reduce waste. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Required: 3–5 years of experience managing programs or complex projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Required: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies. Required: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing scale‑up. Preferred: Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
