In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion. Core Team Role As part of the Core Assurance - AC Mexico team you are expected to engage in financial accounting, managerial accounting, assurance, and systems. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by developing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities Participate in financial and managerial accounting tasks Contribute to assurance and systems projects Develop skills and knowledge to deliver quality work Build meaningful client connections Assist in managing and inspiring team members Expand technical knowledge of firm services and technology Support client engagement and project tasks Embrace opportunities for personal growth and branding What You Must Have Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional License (Título or Cédula Profesional) Oral and written proficiency in English required No prior experience is required What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor's degree in the following field(s) of study: Accounting Candidates whose Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License are still pending must provide an official Letter of Completion issued by the University confirming that all academic and social service requirements are complete in order to be eligible to hire. The final Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional License must be submitted to the firm´s HC department, within 12 months as of effective start/hire date, pursuant to the corresponding executed employment agreement.
