Negotiate with suppliers, get quotations, ensure payments by following up in requisitions. Manager's travel and expenses reports. Administration of the ME employee's overtime. Support on HR activities (events, trainings, buying souvenirs). Shopping of diverse materials (consumables, office supplies, etc).
