Mission: Empower high-quality local fleets Corporate Culture: Team first partner-centric Team collaboration, Never \"not my job\", end-to-end ownership, Continuous learning and improvement, Hard-working and pragmatic, Don’t be a middleman, Result-driven Key Responsibilities Execute daily operations, including: Trip allocation and dispatching Driver and fleet recruitment Ongoing driver/fleet follow-up and training Collecting and monitoring customer reviews Manage operational incidents in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to service Perform data analysis using Excel to support operational decisions Analyze performance trends and variations (MTD, MoM), identifying and reporting key deviations Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, including: Customer reviews Driver activity and engagement Incident rates Revenue and profitability Propose and implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with supervisors for assigned regions Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Travel Consultants, and external vendors to ensure smooth operational execution Execute continuous improvement actions defined by the operations team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar environments Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams English proficiency required Key Competencies Data-driven mindset Operational excellence Attention to detail Proactivity and ownership Adaptability in dynamic environments Benefits: 100% Remote job, no need to commute to or from the office.
