About the Role We’re looking for a Project Owner to build and run a portfolio of 10 short-form video accounts featuring in-house influencers who will bring Plata’s vision to life in the personal finance space. Your mission is to turn Plata’s vision into an always-on content machine that produces educational, funny, and viral personal finance content in Spanish across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and any other relevant platforms. You will own the end-to-end production process and coordinate a network of on-camera hosts, scriptwriters, and video editors to consistently deliver high-quality content at scale, while being supported by the team that previously won the TikTok Best Brand Award. Key Tasks Own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of ~10 short-form video accounts about personal finance Build, manage, and coach a distributed outsource team: 3 on-camera hosts, 2 script editors, 2 video editors Set up and optimize production workflows to reach ~270 unique videos per month once formats are validated Work with script editors to define and refine content formats: explainers, skits, UGC-style, and experimental hooks Track and report on performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, followers, virality, and basic business outcomes) Run a continuous test-and-learn process: identify what works, scale winning formats, kill underperforming ones quickly Ensure all content is financially accurate, compliant with brand guidelines, and genuinely useful for the audience Fluent Spanish speaker with English C1 or higher Strong experience managing short-form video production (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) at scale, ideally in D2C or media brands Proven track record of owning content output and KPIs, not just participating in production Excellent understanding of personal finance concepts and products Solid project management skills: you know how to build workflows, set deadlines, and keep multiple creators on track Data-driven mindset: you look at analytics obsessively and adjust strategy accordingly What We Offer The chance to build a flagship influencer content engine for one of the most ambitious fintech projects in LATAM Full ownership of a zero-to-one project with meaningful impact on financial education and brand growth A test-and-learn environment that encourages experimentation with formats, channels, and creative approaches How to Apply Please send the following to email with subject “Project Owner;Your name” : A short introduction about yourself and your experience running content projects Links to short-form video accounts or campaigns you have managed or directly owned (preferably where view numbers are visible) Links to 2 brands whose short-form video work you admire, with one line on what they do well Links to 2 educational or funny personal finance accounts in Spanish that you enjoy, and why you think they resonate with audiences Optional, but might increase your chances of being selected: A brief 90-day plan (maximum 1 page) on how you would take this project from zero to a stable output of 270 videos per month while keeping quality high By taking part in the evaluation process for this potential collaboration, you understand that this is not a job offer, that if you are selected there will be no employment relationship but rather a service provision, and you confirm your consent to the processing of your personal data and accept the terms of Plata Card’s Privacy Policy.
