Key Responsibilities Develop, support, troubleshoot and implement new features on our telephonyinfrastructure Fine-tune and support our SIP/telephony application infrastructure,including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and OpenSIPS. Develop and implement new features Work with our front-end GUI team to createinnovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform. Create complex IVRs & dial plans Build, maintain, and enhance IVR flows, call routinglogic, and dial plans within Asterisk. Develop and maintain scripting tools Implement automation tools using shell scripting,PHP, or other relevant languages. Optimize database performance Collaborate with MySQL DBAs to fine-tune databaseperformance for high availability and scalability. Lead and contribute to telephony projects Participate in cross-functional teams toenhance our communication services. Support unified communications Implement and enhance voice, text, email, video, andchat solutions for a seamless experience. Research and recommend new technologies Stay ahead of the curve by evaluatingand suggesting software and hardware solutions for improved efficiency. Required Qualifications 4+ years of telephony system administration and development experience with Asterisk. 2+ years of experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or other distributions). Experience with AWS, Git, Docker. Experience in SaaS, CaaS, or hosted telephony environments. Strong programming skills in AGI scripting PHP). Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MySQL and database optimization. Hands-on experience in creating and managing IVRs and dial plans within Asterisk. Bonus / Good to have Some experience working with PHP, shell scripting. Asterisk upgrade/conversion experience is a strong plus. Knowledge of Linux-based telephony applications like OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, VoIP.
