Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of supply chain, demand planning, and procurement strategies Ensure timely availability of raw materials and production supplies Oversee materials planning and demand coverage (short- and mid-term horizons) Manage inventory levels (raw materials and finished goods), including annual physical inventories Track and report key supply chain KPIs, including material productivity and purchasing performance Develop and execute strategies to reduce past-due orders and improve service levels Prepare and manage annual budgets, including standard costs, PPV, and expenses Partner with Supplier Quality to develop and monitor supplier performance Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies (including SOX where applicable) Lead, coach, and develop a team including managers and supervisors Act as a key leader during crisis management situations, ensuring business continuity Qualifications Experience Previous experience as a Manager or equivalent level Strong background in supply chain, materials planning, and procurement Experience within manufacturing operations and materials management Proven experience leading teams and managing supervisors Technical Skills Supply chain planning and materials management Strategic sourcing and supplier management Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) KPI management and executive-level reporting Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent (preferred) Lean / Six Sigma certifications (preferred) Languages Advanced English proficiency (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
