What You Will Do Responsible for all onsite inventory and operational systems to track and manage inventory and projects. Lead a team using Principle Based Management philosophy, while still being a part of the hands‑on day‑to‑day operations. Manage and coordinate with other departments (fabrication, scheduling, procurement, logistics, etc) using our ERP/inventory software (LN). Analyze daily product and supply level to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs. Build the team’s understanding of warehouse capabilities and constraints to better improve the optimized flow. Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures. Lead by example to build a culture with a shared vision of safety, ensuring strong compliance with environmental and corporate operating standards through ownership and accountability. Requirements (Basic Qualifications) Demonstrated proficiency in use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Valid VISA and Passport. What Will Put You Ahead Experience conducting, tracking, and data analysis.
