Senior Analyst – Data Ops Pricing We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Service Center – HSBC and oversee enterprise reference data maintenance and automation tools across fixed income, equities, derivatives, and FX business lines. Responsibilities Own and manage automation tools for enterprise reference data maintenance across various asset classes. Ensure work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets high quality standards. Deliver a customer‑driven service that meets expectations in accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. Process customer instructions accurately to meet quality standards and targets. Proactively suggest and design process workflow improvements. Identify and escalates common fraud, errors, or irregular transactions in accordance with procedures. Comply with all relevant policies and procedures, including the Group Standards Manual and related instruction books. Maintain awareness of operational risk scenarios, ensuring actions account for risk likelihood. Maintain internal control standards, implement audit points, and address any external regulator issues. Acquire and update knowledge on procedures and best practices. Investigate and resolve issues or refer them with appropriate recommendations. Respond quickly to urgent work demands and adapt to varying work timings. Manage stakeholder relationships and risk, ensuring compliance with data standards and CDEs. Manage and evolve automation tools and business rules as the business changes. Prepare up‑to‑date reports and presentations for senior management meetings. Requirements Experience managing stakeholders, including small and medium‑sized enterprises. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. High level of accuracy and initiative in work. Proficiency with MS Office applications. Experience handling large data modules and detailed documentation governance.
