Bilingual Consumer Insights Specialist (Spanish & Chinese) Are you passionate about understanding consumers, identifying trends, and turning insights into business strategies? At OPPO, we are looking for a Bilingual Consumer Insights Specialist with strong Spanish and Chinese language skills, an analytical mindset, and a genuine curiosity for technology and consumer behavior across Spanish-speaking markets. This role will play a key part in driving strategic decisions related to product, marketing, and user experience across Latin America. What You’ll Do: Lead Consumer Insights projects including pre-launch product testing, post-launch performance evaluation, marketing effectiveness assessment, and market research initiatives. Coordinate with research vendors and participate in research proposal design, user interviews, fieldwork, and data analysis. Present research findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. Conduct consumer and market research projects such as market segmentation, user profiling, and customer journey mapping. Analyze external research reports and identify trends in the smartphone and consumer technology industry. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields. 2+ years of work experience in Latin America; promising fresh graduates are also eligible for consideration. Strong interest in Market Research, Consumer Insights, and the smartphone industry. Professional proficiency in Spanish and Chinese; English is a plus. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to translate data-driven findings into business and marketing recommendations.
