About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive patient growth through both warm inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach. You will own the full conversion journey — from first touch to scheduled calls. This role requires both: Consultative selling skills for inbound leads Confidence and persistence for outbound calling and follow-up This is not a passive, script-heavy call center role. It requires initiative, accountability, and comfort working independently in a remote startup environment.
