Job Description The Warehouse Specialist Leader works directly in the distribution center in Santa Catarina, Monterrey, and is involved in the end-to-end commercial distribution process for Mexico and LATAM. This role performs inbound processes spanning from material confirmation in transit through goods receipt, quality inspection, and system loading. Strong inventory management experience is required to lead third‑party workforce activities related to goods handling within the distribution center, space allocation, material storage, and rework activities. Outbound responsibilities include ensuring accurate pick and pack execution and that shipping documentation meets customer requirements. The Warehouse Specialist Leader coordinates with multiple freight carriers and parcel service providers to schedule pickups and ensure accurate and timely delivery to end users. The role requires constant communication with planning and logistics teams to ensure inbound materials are fully tracked from customs clearance to ramp delivery. Lead inbound material processes, including unloading, counting, quality inspection, ERP system posting, and material stocking. Ensure material quality standards are consistently met, tracking damaged materials and packaging, and initiating root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor inventory discrepancies and execute ongoing cycle count activities to ensure inventory KPIs remain accurate and reliable. Provide shipping quotations for FTL and LTL orders, designing optimized shipping routes with material consolidation to reduce costs and meet outbound KPI targets. Benchmark, negotiate, and onboard shipping suppliers to secure competitive market tariffs. Lead outbound loading operations and provide status updates on transit times, shipment location, and delivery confirmations to customers prior to delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field or an advanced technical degree with relevant experience. Experience in warehousing and distribution is essential. Excellent communication and time management skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ready to learn and adapt in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Intermediate speaking and writing English skills. Microsoft suite proficiency is a must.
