Position Responsibilities Oversee the accounting team’s daily activities in areas including cash management, fixed assets, and other accounting functions. Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Lead audits by reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure legendary service and efficient operations. Train and develop team members to strengthen individual and team performance. Research emerging accounting procedures and their effect on Uline financial statements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience. Supervisory or team management experience preferred. Bilingual (English / Spanish) – 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Oracle General Ledger or similar G/L systems experience a plus.
