Languages: Advanced English (bilingual), capable of presenting reports to executive management and auditors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Experience: 5-6+ years of experience in accounting roles. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Spreadsheet Software (macros, complex functions) and functional knowledge of operational accounting systems. Specialized Knowledge: Solid understanding of GAAP and compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX). What do we expect from you? Financial Integrity: Maintain records of the organization's financial activity and perform reconciliations for third-party transactions. Reporting & Analysis: Create and present financial performance reports for internal, external, and SEC reporting. Closing Activities: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including foreign exchange and tax. Leadership: Lead cross-functional meetings, lead projects, and provide training/coaching to peers and staff members. Technical Research: Research technical accounting issues and propose alternatives to ensure regulatory compliance. What do we offer?
