Responsibilities Oversees and organizes all operational activities during normal production for the responsible area. Leads all team members to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, and related documents. Assists with the implementation of lean methodology and health, safety & environment practices. Coordinates maintenance issues with the maintenance department and oversees safety during maintenance when necessary. Works with other personnel to complete equipment isolation, flushing, replacement, inspection, commissioning, and related activities. Communicates with team members on all issues. Provides performance evaluation input to the supervisor. May serve as backup for positions in a shift group. Works under limited supervision for non‑routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations. Trains, delegates, and reviews the work of lower‑level employees. Handles problems that are typically difficult and non‑routine but not complex. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and maybe vocational or technical education. Ingeniero Industrial o carrera afín a Ingeniería. 1 año de experiencia en el área. Inglés preferente. Manejo de paquetes computacionales. Habilidad en manejo o administración de personal.
