We are seeking an experienced Amazon eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including FBA processes, SEO optimized listing strategies, and customer service compliance. Responsibilities Create and optimize product listings with attention to keyword usage in titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout. Manage product variations and ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies and best practices. Develop inventory forecasting and restocking strategies to maintain product availability. Generate reports and analyze data using Amazon Business Reports and Brand Analytics. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback while ensuring account health. Utilize technical skills for bulk uploads and operational tasks within Seller Central. Required Experience and Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA). Familiarity with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices. Proven experience with inventory management and reporting tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with third-party tools like Jungle Scout and Helium10. Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content guidelines. Personality Strong communication and organizational skills. Keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
