Job Title: QA/Test Engineer Location: Hybrid in Mexico City or Sao Paulo Brazil Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6+ months with possible extensions Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer to support a Salesforce and SAP implementation. This role is 6 months/ HYBRID in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of integrated business systems by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across both platforms. Qualifications: 8 years’ Experience QA testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Knowledge of Salesforce workflows. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools. Experience testing SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, or S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP business processes and data validation techniques. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps. SQL knowledge for backend data validation. Test Execution Execute manual and automated test cases for: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows) SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO or relevant functional areas) Perform end-to-end, system integration (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. Validate data flows and integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems. Defect Management Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Perform root cause analysis and support defect triage meetings. Integration Testing Validate middleware/integration layers (e.g., Middleware, CPI, APIs, ETL processes). Ensure consistency and accuracy of data synchronization between platforms. Test error handling, data transformations, and interface reliability.
