Product Manager – Indirect Tax (Customer Implementation and Onboarding Focus) We’re seeking a customer‑focused, collaborative, and strategic individual to lead the improvement of the implementation and onboarding experience for our customers and partners. Responsibilities Lead efforts to enhance the implementation and onboarding experience collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, certified implementation partners, and customers worldwide. Identify and resolve market problems, use scenarios, implementation strategies, go‑to‑market activities, and best practices across global markets. Translate market‑driven and internal business needs into actionable user stories using interviews, market validation, and beta programs. Analyze and evaluate implementation challenges, and develop innovative ideas based on industry experience and customer interactions. Demonstrate a blend of business and technical acumen, strategic vision, and drive to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in a globally diverse market setting. Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and technical publication teams throughout the product lifecycle to validate features and prepare for releases. Qualifications Proven experience in product management, particularly in global markets and indirect tax solutions. Strong understanding of the indirect tax landscape and regulatory environments worldwide. Ability to translate complex market needs into clear, actionable plans and deliverables focused on improving customer and partner implementation processes and enhancing the customer experience (measured by NPS). Self‑starter who leads discussions with customers, prospects, certified implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to gather market problems and requirements. Experience in requirements analysis, use case development, and documenting requirements for software solutions.
