Job Description As a Sr Production Planner at Honeywell, you will lead globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate full adoption across your network. You will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources while achieving cost control, productivity, and working capital goals. You will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure finished goods production plans align with site and network supply plans, achieving maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining working capital within business goals. Responsibilities Lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your assigned product cells at the Torrance site Ensure that the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize labor and machine resources Collaborate with functional teams to resolve demand, capacity constraints, and material availability issues, and support Planners in maintaining accurate planning parameters and material master data Participate in monthly SIOP meetings to approve network production plans, present associated risks, and discuss mitigation plans with functional and business leadership Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within business goals Qualifications 7 years of Supply Planning, Operations Planning/Scheduling, Materials Management or other Operations Planning related functional area experience 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment, defense and aerospace preferred 5 years of planning experience in SAP ERP system Bachelor’s Degree Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken Preferred Qualifications Experience in Planning, Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP, MPS, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing Experience in Kinaxis-RapidResponse (or Maestro) highly desirable APICS or CPIM Certification Strong project management and problem‑solving skills Lead and solve complex organizational problems Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization Expertise in leading/driving change and mentoring for new leaders or peers Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function #J-18808-Ljbffr
