Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative for a full-time, remote position. The Sales Representative will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include managing customer accounts, providing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B electronic components distribution Must speak English Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Experience in market research, lead generation, and business development Problem-solving and analytical decision-making abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in industrial, OEM, or MRO sales is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Compensation: Base salary of up to $1,500 Additional 10% commission on sales profit This position is offered on independent contractor basis.
