We are looking for a GT Toluca Launch Management to join the NPL + GT Toluca team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This position is based at our office in Toluca. As the GT Toluca Launch Management at Marelli, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the launch of new engineering projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget targets are met. Responsibilities Lead and manage new product/project launches from concept to completion Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement) Ensure compliance with industry and company standards Identify and mitigate project risks Monitor progress and resolve technical challenges Communicate project status to stakeholders Support process optimization for new launches Document project outcomes and lessons learned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred 3+ years’ experience in project engineering or related role Preferred Skills Strong project management abilities Technical proficiency in relevant engineering discipline Leadership and team coordination skills Effective communication and reporting skills Analytical and problem‑solving strengths Benefits Fast-paced yet supportive and high‑performing international team with an inspiring ambition to transform the future of mobility.
