Project Brief We are partnering with a global healthcare IT consulting firm – a recognized leader in Epic implementation and support – to build a nearshore delivery hub in Mexico and Costa Rica. This team will implement, configure, and support Epic EHR systems for major US hospital networks. You will be an early member of a team projected to grow from 8–10 analysts in Year 1 to 100+ by Year 2 – this is a ground‑floor opportunity in a high‑stakes, high‑visibility engagement. Must‑Haves Epic certification or proficiency in one or more Revenue Cycle modules: Resolute PB, Resolute HB, Grand Central, Prelude, or Cadence 2+ years of hands‑on experience configuring or supporting Epic Revenue Cycle workflows Solid understanding of healthcare financial operations: patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and collections Strong English proficiency – professional‑level verbal and written communication for daily collaboration with US‑based teams and hospital clients Based in Mexico or Costa Rica, available to work full‑time from a secure, on‑site office Valid US visa or passport – travel to Madison, Wisconsin for Epic certification training is required Nice to Have Experience with healthcare insurance verification, coding, and claims management Prior background in EHR implementation, go‑live support, or system optimization Experience working with US‑based clients or in nearshore delivery models Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field Experience on other EHR platforms (Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH) with strong healthcare domain knowledge What You Will Do Configure and optimize Revenue Cycle workflows within Epic – including patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and financial reporting Partner with clinical and financial teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement system changes Support Epic implementations, upgrades, and post‑go‑live optimization initiatives Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions Participate in testing cycles – unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing Develop and maintain documentation, workflow maps, and training materials Represent the engagement professionally in all interactions with hospital clients and end users Why You’ll Want This Role Be one of the first – you’re joining a team of 8–10 analysts at launch, with a roadmap to 100+ by Year 2 and 1,000 by Year 3–5.
