Job Description The insurance representative analyst is responsible for supporting the insurance supervisor with the technical and commercial processes, and with insurance performance in terms of competitiveness and conciliation processes. The role also supports the administration of data for the different insurance products that are commercialized during the life cycle of insurance. Responsibilities Support the performance of assigned Value-Added Products programs and manage, monitor, and execute sales strategies (e.g., OnStar, integrated maintenance plans), ensuring compliance with KPIs across the dealer network. Commercial management and KPI tracking; support the dealership network, GMF field team, other GMF departments and Insurance Companies with requirements and reports to achieve objectives. Support conciliation processes for assigned insurance products, including execution of incentives and sales contests. Design and implement contests for the sales force (dealers). Track results, rankings, and goal achievement. Coordinate communication of campaigns and incentives with internal stakeholders. Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives. Support the creation of commercial materials and newsletters about the assigned products. Support Internal Areas Accounting department – portfolio payment follow‑up and collection of gross commissions through POS system functionalities. Sales Area (District Managers, Fleets and Leasing) – insurance related issues, administration and FAQ. Legal department – contract renewals and regulations monitoring. Active participation in special projects as assigned. Effectively manage operational relationships with insurance companies, with proactive vendor oversight to ensure consistent follow‑up and clear, timely communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuarial or related field is required. Proficient oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. 0–2 years experience in sales, data analysis, operations, or consulting (insurance related preferred). Experience in the automotive, insurance, or financial products sectors is desirable. Teamwork and collaborative attitude. Data analysis and constant follow‑up skills. Detail oriented. Highly responsible and proactive attitude. Customer focused approach. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
