Job Title: Specialist, Partner Success - Trilingual We are looking for a dynamic, multilingual professional fluent in Spanish, English, and French to join our team in Mexico City. In this role, you will manage channel engagement, drive partner success, and support our top tech accounts. Responsibilities Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts. Achieve defined metrics by promoting the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners. Conduct monthly and quarterly consultative reviews and health checks, analyzing partner needs. Create talk tracks related to customer health and use predictive data to identify at‑risk customers. Maintain overall health of the channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and use feedback to make improvements. Manage all channel escalations and coordinate delivery of prompt, successful resolutions while maintaining communication with both clients and internal teams. Guide calls with channel partners to share best practices, promote channel programs, and highlight strategic growth opportunities. Create and deliver training to the sales team, sharing insights and promoting the unique value and benefits of products. Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day. Work with cross‑functional teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experience. Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene to ensure all relevant data is captured. May potentially attend vendor events. Maintain overall ownership and act as a single point of contact for top channel partners. Qualifications 3+ years of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity. Professional fluency in English and French. Experience with high‑volume calling. Passion for customer experience. Willingness to learn new technology and data. Problem‑solving skills with demonstrated ability to articulate value and business processes to a customer. Experience coaching others or delivering training. Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs. Experience using email, phone, and video tools. Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
