Descripción The main responsibilities are to: Develop financial models and business cases for capital and operational projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk assessment. Support manufacturing and shelter operations in Monterrey through cost analysis, labor modelling, compliance tracking, and alignment with Plant Finance. Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting, providing consolidated reporting and clear insights for leadership decision‑making. Ensure strong financial governance, maintaining documentation for CAPEX, controls, audits, and project approvals. Act as a strategic finance partner to local and North American leadership, providing insights that influence workforce planning, sourcing, footprint strategy, and productivity initiatives. Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and dashboards (Power BI, SAP, Coupa, Anaplan). Perfil buscado The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5-8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, FP&A, or project finance. Strong modelling capabilities (Excel, financial scenarios, cost simulations). Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analytics tools (Power BI). Fluent in Spanish and English (written & verbal). Ability to work onsite in Monterrey and collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams. Experience working within a shelter manufacturing model in Mexico (preferred). Background supporting plant launches, industrial transfers, or complex operational projects (preferred).
