Job Summary Lead the Soucing Tactical Team for setting up suppliers, placing requisitions/PO’s, invoice reconciliation and onsite support for POM’s as needed Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Invoice Management (discrepancies, holds & resolutions) *On site support by request Physical Inventory Annual policies RFQ (finding, vetting and meeting suppliers) RFQ (creating bid event in RFx tool) Daily Support (escalations, shortages, and PO requests) Emails (responding timely to stakeholders) Cost Savings Projects (ideating, funnel updates, actioning and executing) Contract Reviews Contract Administration (signatures, scanning, storing) Internal Audit (requested by Trade Compliance) Repse Platform Trainings and maintenance Fieldglass Training and maintenance Project Card Updates RCCM and follow ups Skills and Minimum Experience Required 3+ years of material buying and planning in a manufacturing setting, indirect Experience with MRP / ERP systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Proven history of successful supplier negotiation Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
