WeWork Reforma Latino (97001), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico Manager, Associate Experience Associate Engagement Lead will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives that build and strengthen culture across Mexico City Tech Hub, with diversity, inclusion and belonging as core pillars of the role. This position will shape the overall associate experience through intentional programs, events, communication, and community building efforts that foster engagement and embed inclusive practices. The role also leads enablement efforts that equip the team with tools, frameworks and guidance needed to bring our culture to life and strengthen community involvement initiatives with external communities. They will manage strategic priorities and key project execution in the Mexico City Tech Hub supporting the Chief of Staff and the Leadership Team. They partner across Mexico and US teams to design and deliver a cohesive associate experience. Responsibilities Define and lead the associate engagement strategy, focusing on building culture, fostering inclusion, and strengthening associate connection. Support the Mexico Leadership Team in all associate engagement activities, including office culture, recognition, events, celebrations, and site visits. Design and execute end‑to‑end associate experience programs that drive engagement and belonging. Lead engagement action plans based on associate feedback, ensuring measurable impact. Oversee internal events and experiences, ensuring they are purposeful, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Lead the strategy and execution of Community Investment initiatives, including corporate social responsibility programs, volunteer efforts, and partnerships with external organizations. Own and execute the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, driving initiatives that embed inclusive practices into the associate experience. Own timely execution of monthly and quarterly reporting for engagement, culture, community investment, and strategic priorities. Influence, develop and monitor key deliverables across the organization. Advise leadership by leveraging institutional knowledge and stakeholder relationships to amplify impact. Partner with the Admin team to evaluate and manage meeting schedules and time commitments. Increase visibility and recognition of associate contributions, talents and career growth. Provide ad‑hoc consulting and operational support to strategic initiatives as needed. Basic Qualifications Intermediate‑Advanced English fluency. Bachelor’s Degree. At least four years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, culture, or related fields. At least four years of experience leading or supporting Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging and Community Investment initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of experience advising or supporting senior leadership.
