Unlimited vacation policy and hybrid work flexibility. What You'll Do Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Create unit tests to increase test coverage of the overall system. Support and enhance nightly build automations. Interact with internal stakeholders to deliver technology solutions. Be an active team player in an agile development environment. Maintain existing features/modules. Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend design solutions or best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Required Experience / Qualifications Undergraduate (or master’s) degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Strong C# programming skills. Python and C knowledge is a plus.
