Delivery Analyst / Support Analyst Looking to build a career in technology? Acxiom is seeking a Delivery Analyst to join our Support team in Mexico City. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and helping clients succeed. You’ll support enterprise applications, resolve user issues, manage support tickets, and gain exposure to cloud technologies, compliance processes, and identity-related solutions in a global technology environment. What You'll Do Provide Tier one application support for clients and internal users Troubleshoot issues such as account access, password resets, user provisioning, and system outages Manage and track support requests through Salesforce and other ticketing tools Document issues, resolutions, and support activities Support client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and user training Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Assist with cloud-based operational support activities Participate in SOX audit support and compliance-related processes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or relevant IT/support experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar ticketing systems Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Basic SQL or PL/SQL knowledge Understanding of PII, identity-related solutions, or SaaS applications What Will Set You Apart Curiosity and desire to learn new technologies Strong troubleshooting mindset Professional communication with both technical and non-technical users Ability to identify issues, take ownership, and know when to escalate This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career technology professional looking to develop skills in application support, cloud operations, enterprise systems, and client-facing technology solutions.
