Territory Sales and Service Representative - Senior We are seeking a talented professional to join our team specializing in sales for Eaton Cummins in Monterrey, Nuevo León (70% territory, 30% home office). Job Summary Provide sales support for Eaton-Cummins Automated Transmission products and services throughout the sales cycle. May support complex customer accounts and independently develop and capture additional sales opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and implement business plans to support the North territory within country, region, and division objectives. Generate Value Sales Cycle Reports detailing wins & losses, product metrics, sales probabilities, barriers, and accounts at risk. Prepare Customer Contact Reports outlining desired product enhancements, current performance issues, competitive activity, and market trends. Update Territory Monthly Report with business status and market trends. Collaborate across Eaton Cummins Joint Venture functions—including technical services, call center, aftermarket, and others—to facilitate customer issue resolution. Evaluate and recommend incentive requirements, utilize market intelligence, and administer incentive processes to deliver optimal value to customers. Manage the market introduction of new products to ensure rapid adoption. Assist the Region Sales Manager in developing service, sales, parts, training, and marketing strategies for territory alignment and business acumen enhancement. Monitor policy costs, operating budget, and promotional claims within the territory. Support the Region Sales Manager in setting the operating budget, product sales goals, revenue targets, and service goals for the territory. Provide product, service, operation, and warranty training to customers. Qualifications Solid sales technical experience and business acumen in heavy‑duty class 8 (trailers, fifth wheels, trucks). Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Experience in territory management (especially across city borders) and strategic planning. Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills related to the heavy‑duty sector. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a matrix organization. Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships. Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and 10% internationally. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Skills Experience in product support, training, and market introduction strategies. Experience with software‑based sales and business tools (e.g., Service Ranger 4). Education, Licenses, Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, or Marketing. Experience At least 5 years of experience in technical sales.
