Overview Kennedys is looking for Business Development & Marketing Manager - LatAm to join the Global Business Development team supporting our offices in Latin America. The successful Manager will support Kennedys Business Development operations to standardize and control our operations and make sure they are aligned with our strategic plans. The role will involve active engagement with other colleagues across the Global Business Development network, and will report to the Head of Business Development for the Americas, working closely with the LatAm Partners overseeing business development and marketing activities, as well as client management initiatives and strategies across the region. The role will improve Kennedys profile in local markets and help to strengthen relationships with clients and associations in the region and other markets that are critical to the success of the practice, while ensuring our investments are providing the expected return. Team Kennedys Global Business Development and Marketing team promotes Kennedys services and supports the Firm's global growth ambition and our key clients and markets. The Business Development Manager - LatAm will work in close collaboration with colleagues in UK, US, EMEA and APAC on a wide range of business development and marketing initiatives. The Global Business Development team consists of the following sub-teams, Pursuits, Clients and Markets, Marketing Technology & Data, and Marketing Communications which encompasses, Campaigns Communications, Digital, Brand and Events. We have dedicated regional teams supporting the lawyers in the Firm's key time zones - Americas, APAC, EMEA. The Manager will support our growing office network, working closely with the Americas team to provide timely, broad based specialized expertise to the region. While the focus is on Clients & Markets, the Manager will oversee the full range of business development activity in the region. Required Experience Business Administration, Marketing or related Bachelor's Degree. 6 - 8 + years of relevant experience working in a professional services environment in a Commercial and/or Marketing team, preferably within the legal/insurance sector Knowledge and understanding of the Latam region Excellent organization and analytical skills Good understanding of the insurance industry Fully bilingual. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
