Job Description Key responsibilities include: Ensure the accuracy and currency of LOM packing layouts to reflect ongoing operational needs. Manage and secure the integration of new products into existing shopfloor layouts, making necessary modifications to accommodate successful implementation. Oversee the correctness of operational layouts within LOM to adhere to established standards. Develop and propose ideas to enhance material flow and optimize shopfloor layouts for increased efficiency. Engage with global layout networks to standardize practices and uphold LEGO requirements across sites. Collaborate with both local and global departments to foster a unified approach to manufacturing excellence. Promote and support adherence to LEGO's quality and safety norms, ensuring compliance throughout shopfloor operations. Experience 1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering area such as Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering. Technical Skills Proficiency in CAD 2D & 3D drawing, including the interpretation, modification, and creation of CAD industrial drawings. Additional Knowledge Familiarity with LEAN principles and their application within engineering processes. What’s in it for you?
