Role Test Lead Automation Location Remote Duration Full time Quality Assurance (QA) / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) About the Role We are looking for a QA/BSA professional to support testing and business analysis activities for learning systems and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, UAT support, defect tracking, and working with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities QA Responsibilities (Primary) Perform end-to-end regression and functional testing Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts Execute automation tests using Playwright Track, document, and validate defects in lower and production environments Record test evidence, screenshots, and results in Jira and qTest Work with vendors to resolve testing issues quickly Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage BSA Responsibilities (Secondary) Review and clarify business requirements Help convert business needs into testable acceptance criteria Support requirement validation and ticket triage Partner with technical teams to identify risks and test scenarios Assist with defect validation and issue follow-up Required Skills Experience in QA testing and test automation Strong knowledge of regression testing and UAT Hands-on experience with Playwright Experience with Jira and qTest Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or enterprise SaaS platforms Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams Exposure to business analysis activities Soft Skills Proactive communication Strong ownership and accountability Adaptable in fast-changing environments Detail-oriented and organized Ability to identify risks and solve problems independently
