The Quality Engineer will maintain and improve the MKS Power Solutions QMS System and products quality programs. Identify and facilitate improvements in new product development, supplier and manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality products. Lead and instill a sense of ownership for the ISO and Internal Audit programs being responsible for many aspects of internal and external quality audits. Drive urgency for product and process improvements that improve customer satisfaction. Champion product quality improvements driven by field data analysis to achieve desired performance levels. Facilitate and support problem solving activities aimed at identifying and resolving manufacturing, quality, and customer reliability issues. This requires a strong understanding of quality and statistical tools, and experience in their practical application. Employee will be expected to make decisions supported by data analysis and thorough investigation. Technical analysis of product returns data to manage improvements across engineering, operations and supply chain. Customer satisfaction: customer quality and satisfaction methods. Timely and effective response to customer issues utilizing structured problem solving techniques. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
