Job Summary Communication with customer and confirm customer production forecast plan. According to customer requirement and actual production demand, material control in production process, finished product delivery and transportation arrangement, and material warehouse management, so as to ensure normal production and customer delivery. Import and Export logistic management. Manage & plan the material workers and forklifts for shift work. Responsible for Warehouse Cycle Count and all the inventory. Main tasks and responsibilities Familiar with production process, according the customers requirement plan analyze inventory capacity. Implement & confirm product schedule availability. Responsible for the customers delivery arrangement, ensure the on-time delivery of orders, control the transportation cost and make monthly report. Provide material support for new product project, be responsible for raw material inventory and tracking confirmation after PPAP to ensure the material schedule is in line with the project schedule. According to the customer's order requirements and supplier's quality situation, control the inventory of raw materials and finish goods in a reasonable range, reduce WIP inventory and achieve lean production. Arrange the delivery, receiving and issuing work in a reasonable and timely manner to ensure that the production schedule can be completed according to the plan. Improve warehouse area utilization, inventory turnover, improve material distribution efficiency, analyze and improve the existing material distribution process. Responsible for SAP BOM, basic setup of process flow. Responsible for daily material data maintenance and regular inventory work. Responsible for product inspection, document making, customs declaration and scrap of defective products. Check accounts with finance regularly to ensure no error. Understand customs affairs, commodity inspection, inspection and quarantine laws and regulations and the latest customs clearance policies. Coordinate the receipt of the Goods Transfer Constants of the manufacturers to check that they are correct. The working ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the customers. Responsible for daily management ,guidance, training and evaluation of material workers. Undertake the management responsibilities required by the company’s relevant KOS documents and the IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001/AEO (Customs: Certified Operator) standards, ensure the effective operation of the KOS documents, and continue to improve the relevant procedures and procedures in the KOS documents within the department Its application. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. Qualification Education： Bachelor and above degree, major in foreign trade, industrial, international trade is prefered. Work experience： More than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, automotive is preferred.
