Contract Management Specialist – Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid) DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support contract administration processes within an emerging orthopaedics business. Responsibilities Execute contract administration processes utilizing contract management systems. Analyze research to develop a strong understanding of contract management systems and software. Review data in the contract management system to drive efficient and effective customer and contract management. Administer and lead contract management processes and identify process improvements and optimizations. Implement basic pre‑sale and post‑signature contract support processes, including fulfilling due diligence requests, processing modifications, close‑out tasks, communicating with contracted parties, and answering inquiries. Communicate with business units, project teams, and relevant cross‑functional personnel to ensure the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms. Drive research and analytics to support offer development leveraging product knowledge, business acumen, trends, and insights. Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Understand and apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day‑to‑day interactions with the team. Qualifications / Requirements Spanish language proficiency required. Travel up to 10% may be required.
