In this role, you’ll help turn ideas into finished spaces by supporting project coordination, vendor communication, design execution, and day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do Support residential and commercial design projects from concept to completion Review architectural drawings and complete accurate take-offs Create mood boards, client presentations, and purchasing sheets Coordinate with renderers, drafters, and project collaborators Communicate with vendors to source, order, and track materials Help manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables Ensure design concepts align with construction feasibility Provide project updates and support client communication Assist with project management responsibilities across multiple active projects Support social media coordination and showcase completed design work What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in residential and commercial design Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and design principles Ability to read and interpret architectural and design plans Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software Photoshop experience is a plus Familiarity working with rendering and visualization teams Previous project coordination or project management support experience within design or construction Why This Role Matters A great designer can create the vision.
