Job Description Ensure the process works at the optimum level, to the required rate of output, and quality expectations to meet customer requirements. Set and maintain all operating process parameters to achieve high levels of production and efficiency targets. Design and modify Through-Hole tooling (Pallets, backup plates, special fixtures). Evaluate reflow oven profiles according to solder specifications. Analyze and investigate root cause for process issues. Define corrective actions to avoid customer impact. Quality enhances, reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customer regulations, and provide adherence to internal Quality and TS/19649 requirements. Deliver projects on time, within budget, in accordance with project success criteria, through prioritization, allocation of resources, budgeting, planning, and controlling. Actively develop and/or participate implementing cost savings initiatives involving waste minimization, productivity improvements, product recovery, and other process optimization opportunities. Provide technical support for new products with different groups such as Process design, new product introduction, Research and development, Quality, Operations, Equipment, etc. Develop and implement plans to achieve Plant Goals. Prepare and present engineering reports and metrics results. Participate in daily visual management core team meetings. Required Profile Experience of Electronics process; Through-Hole and SMT Project management skills. Knowledge of IPC standards. Proficiency with PC software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team leadership, facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills required. Professional career in Industrial Engineering in electronics or related career. Bilingual (technical). FMEA and Control Plan. Problem solving and use of tools (8D's, error test, etc.) Knowledge of IATF / ISO. Capacity to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
