CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS Ensure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, by building according to client specifications. SHIP DEFECT FREE PRODUCT. Ensure the product-process control according to the customer specifications. Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices. Implementation and follow-up of problem solving thru the usage of lean manufacturing tools and techniques. Ensure appropriate disposition of Non Conforming material detected. MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions. Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented. Maintain database for internal and external quality. COMMUNICATE WITH THE EXTERNAL CUSTOMER To be to prepare and present information to customer regarding quality issues or to provide response to customer inquiries/claims. MANAGE THE TRANSITION OF NEW PRODUCTS Develop, implement and maintain the FAI process to ensure failure free transference of new product lines or processes. Validation of the creation of new components within the internal engineering system and validation of FAI for new tools. MANAGE THE DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDS CONTROL PROCESS Generate, review, implement and maintain QMS documentation of quality department, Work Instructions, Formats, etc. Review and approve technical and performance specifications, and inspections procedures. MANAGE THE TRAINING PROCESS Provide On The Job Training as needed regarding clarification of quality criteria, customer complaints. Co-Lead along with process engineering the team required to develop / update / improve training modules and support for trainers. MANAGE SUPPLIED PARTS MATERIAL CONFORMANCE / REPORT ANNOMALIES TO QUARANTINE AND SPM DEPARTMENTS Provide effective analysis on the conformance/ non conformance to Receiving Inspection and/or SPM about the quality of supplied parts. MANAGE THE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS Lead / participate on continuous improvement projects to reach established goals and go beyond. MANAGE THE INTERNAL AUDIT PROCESS Perform Internal Audits (process and product). MANAGE AND SUPPORT TO THE PROGRAM Collect, analyze, and oversee data entry on relevant quality performance indicators. Supervise the performance of the assigned, Quality Inspectors. Be able to handle personnel under his organizational chart responsibility. Implement and make sure your team implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team. Lead / participate on the SMS program. Promote and Participate on Safety Management System Culture.
