Today, we are excited to add a new franchise finance senior manager for North region, Mexico. This role belongs to the franchise finance team, part of a broader group responsible for leading system growth strategy and partnering strategically to create share value for the company and its partners. What you’ll do Partner with the franchise team, operational finance lead, and Mexico finance team to manage franchise finance activities, drive alignment across stakeholders, and develop insights needed to inform strategic priorities. Gain insights and align with GM and bottler on local/by zone business issues. Prepare and support internal stakeholders for ongoing negotiations. Manage various ad‑hoc strategic financial analyses and projects. Run business cases for system investments and build presentations to communicate conclusions. Assess financial implications, models, and optimize the current value chain (use of third party, plant closure, etc.). Coordinate regional accounts analysis, including budget management and planning processes. Manage all business models, margins, and tracking within the franchise. Execute business model optimization and drive system top‑line growth. Develop and implement a margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain. Bring margin discipline to operational business decisions. Ensure budget alignment, proper resource allocation, and financial discipline in all decision‑making. Influence stakeholders to expand the financial discipline mindset. Communication & Management Focus This role partners internally and externally to drive financial outcomes and build alignment on key initiatives and metrics. It focuses on communication with franchise GM and direct reports (four zones), North zone team (marketing, channel leads, technical teams), bottlers' local management leadership, platform services local leadership team, and regional stakeholders (customers, JVs, suppliers). Qualifications & Requirements More than 5 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles. Strong leadership and management experience with excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels. Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to develop new ideas, deliver solutions, and take initiative. Thrives in a team‑oriented environment with a collaborative mindset. Mastery of influencing, communication, knowledge and insights, people leadership, agile ways of working, and advanced technical skills. Broad expertise in risk management, strategic thinking, enterprise‑wide/transversal initiatives, and portfolio strategy (preferred). Benefits & Location Location: Mexico City / Monterrey.
