Your New Role This position supports the Procure to Pay workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery. The incumbent will perform PTP functions, maintain processes, ensure SOX compliance, and provide updates/reporting for overall Procure to Pay operations. Responsibilities Deliver world-class proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures. Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (e.g., timely vendor creation, accurate invoice matching to POs, correct invoice routing). Communicate complex issues and handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution, and effectiveness. Handle escalated and time-sensitive requests for PTP activity. Produce PTP reporting to support operational needs. Reconcile PTP integrations as needed. Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems. Ensure SOX compliance by monitoring PTP activity and maintaining knowledge across all PTP applications. Support PTP system changes, improvements, and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations when needed. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non‑content spend. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or CA Inter is preferred. 6–8 years of relevant experience in PTP. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials and SAP is required. Experience in the media industry and/or media sales is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Strong independent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to self‑manage competing deliverables. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently.
