What You'll Do The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating global revenue growth, expanding the company’s Introducing Broker network, and strengthening the presence of the organization across key international markets. This is a senior leadership position responsible for scaling business development operations globally, mentoring regional teams, and identifying new market opportunities. The role requires frequent international travel and active representation of the organization at major global industry expos, conferences, and partner meetings. Key Responsibilities Drive global business growth strategy by identifying and developing new markets, partnerships, Introducing Brokers. Work closely with Heads and Business Development Managers to support expansion initiatives across multiple international locations. Provide ongoing operational and strategic support to business development teams to maximize revenue generation and performance. Train, mentor, and develop new and existing team members to enhance their commercial capabilities and ensure achievement of targets. Represent the organization at major international expos, industry events, and conferences. Travel frequently to foreign offices and partner locations to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities. Assist in organizing educational seminars, networking events, and business presentations in various markets. Prepare performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to improve productivity and business results. Ensure that all activities are aligned with senior management directives and applicable compliance requirements. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head of Business Development within the Forex/Online Trading industry, with a truly global track record spanning multiple regions (not limited to one or two specific markets, such as SEA or LATAM) is a must. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding international partnerships. Strong understanding of Introducing Broker networks, and global client acquisition strategies. Fluent English (additional languages will be considered an advantage). Ability and willingness to travel frequently internationally. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
