Analyze workforce metrics: Headcount, Rotación, Ausentismo, Antigüedad, Categorías. Analysis of compensation impact on turnover and attraction. Fill HR Scorecard with locations MHMX and FDMX; review Power BI corporate data monthly. Total Compensation. Support HR Manager on: Local compensation analysis. Benchmarking internal (M+H) and external. Category updates. Salary adjustments, promotions and movements. Projects and Analytics: Analyze workforce trends, local labor market, capacity and skills risks. Engagement & Employee Experience: follow up on Gallup survey action plans, implement measurable actions with leaders, monitor impact, trends and compliance. Budget & Internal Controls: administer HR budget for activities, events, training, engagement; ensure compliance with purchasing processes, financial guidelines and internal controls; support plant programs for cost savings and service improvements. Minimum Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Comparable Qualification in Economic Sciences, Business Economics or Related fields. Experience +3 years of professional experience.
