Distribution and mobility of personnel, guaranteeing workers trained according to the matrix of multiple competencies. Compliance with production processes. Monitor quality issues toward our goal of zero defects. Qualifications Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Degree in Administration or similar completed. Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions, preferred in automotive industry. Intermediate knowledge of SAP. Required Skills Experience in managing teams. Strong communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills Experience in the automotive industry. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
