Tsubaki Nakashima is seeking a Sales Representative based in Mexico to support the growth and expansion of our precision components business across key markets including automotive, industrial, and aerospace & defense. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region. The Sales Representative will serve as the primary commercial contact for customers in Mexico while collaborating closely with global teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The ideal candidate will combine technical sales expertise, strong customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of manufacturing or engineered components. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets including automotive, industrial, and aerospace sectors. Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distributors across Mexico. Execute commercial strategies aligned with regional and global growth objectives. Prospect and qualify leads through market research, industry events, and networking. Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers in Mexico. Maintain strong long-term partnerships with key accounts and strategic customers. Lead regular customer visits to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, technical discussions, quoting, negotiation, and contract management. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers. Develop competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Track opportunities through CRM systems and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Partner with engineering, product management, supply chain, and operations teams to support customer requirements. Coordinate internally to ensure successful product launches and program execution. Support global account strategies and alignment with regional leadership. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments within the region. Provide insights to leadership to support strategic decision making and product development. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer technical meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial components, automotive, or engineered products. Experience working with OEMs and Tier suppliers is strongly preferred. Proven track record of developing new business and managing key accounts. Strong technical sales and relationship management skills. Ability to manage complex commercial negotiations. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Fluent in Spanish and English required.
