We are seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role plays a critical part in our firm’s growth by managing inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, and guiding potential clients through the retainer process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, legal intake experience, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and follow‑ups with prospective clients Conduct structured legal intake interviews to gather accurate personal and case‑related information Qualify leads based on firm‑defined criteria and intake guidelines Accurately document all client information in the CRM or case management systems Required Skills & Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Previous experience in legal intake, legal support, or a client‑facing legal environment Basic to intermediate understanding of legal concepts and intake workflows Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively Comfortable working with CRMs, intake systems, and documentation tools We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
