Job Description Responsibilities The Candidate will be working with an international Client where all communication will be in English, therefore advance English is required for this role. Conduct a Budget estimate to support a feasibility study, using parametric cost analysis. Review designs at various stages (Concept, SD, DD & IFC), and prepare quantity take-offs and develop a quantified BOQ Cost Breakdown structure. Prepare a cost estimate report with all necessary qualifications and present the results to various stakeholders including but not limited to the Client. Manage the procurement process, implement procurement and contracting strategies, and participate in negotiations ensuring that all stages including pre‑qualification, enquiry, analysis, bid evaluation and cost negotiation selection and contract preparation are performed effectively, as well as RFP revisions and evaluation. Verify that change‑control processes are managed effectively, documenting any changes in design, assessing the value of the change order, negotiating the true value with the GC’s, and processing the Change Order under the Client specific portal for approval and budget adjustment. Ensure that the General Contractor and Subcontractor payment applications are aligned and presented in accordance with the contract requirements. Review, evaluate and recommend interim payments based on executed progress, ensuring all substantiation is aligned with contract conditions and payments are recommended within stipulated timeframes. Review, evaluate, negotiate and recommend the final commercial account closeout, ensuring all works are completed and substantial completion is approved by the Engineer / Project Manager / Client. All relevant contract requirements should be reviewed to ensure compliance. Establish and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and internal peers/ managers. Take lead on client and stakeholder interfacing, being competent and confident in reporting and presenting all commercial aspects of the project. Prepare the monthly cost report and present all project’s commercial aspects such as CO reviews, status, commercial progress, budget forecasts and risk assessments to key stakeholders / Client’s. Chair weekly and bi‑weekly commercial meetings with key stakeholders / Client’s, reviewing all commercial aspects of the project with a focus on commercial and unforeseen risks and commercial progress. Ensure that key project information and lessons learned collected from each commission are reviewed and processed through Turner & Townsend’s internal database. Abide by Turner & Townsend’s strict QAQC procedures on all deliverables. Manage the commission, ensuring margin levels are achieved, T&T invoices are prepared and issued within required timeframes, commission resources are aligned with the SOW and the internal commission delivery portal is continuously updated. Lead a cost management team, ensuring that the team is trained and guided in delivering all scope listed above. Lead by example, delegating scope aligned with their capabilities to enhance team members’ professional growth. Travel to the office or site as required. If the role is site‑based, the candidate will be required to be full‑time at site. Qualifications 8‑12 years of professional experience related to Cost Management. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or any degree relevant to the position. RICS, AACE Certifications/Memberships. Fluent in English and Spanish . Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and experience explaining concepts, methodologies and deliverables to clients. Strong client management, change management and teamwork and team management skills. Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI, CostX, and knowledge of AutoCAD. #J-18808-Ljbffr
