Job Description Bring value to yourself and the organization by putting your superpowers to work! Plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods. This position is responsible to smooth the daily operations without affecting the plan of the next weeks. Core Responsibilities: Ensure the execution by shift/hours of the sequence of the final pack, pre‑pack and processing production plan released on Fridays by the production planners. Re‑balance through the week the production plan (pre‑pack, final pack, processing) on a shift basis to keep SAP data updated and to reflect finished goods priorities given by the production planners when the plan is released. Maintain the plan feasible in terms of labor hours. Provide operations with information on how many people need to be flexed between plants based on the daily plan, optimizing labor resources across all buildings. Ensure the plan remains feasible in terms of pre‑pack, final pack and processing machine utilization. Keep the pre‑pack plan balanced by days in terms of pre‑pack change‑overs. Maintain stability in warehouse capacity through a pre‑pack plan focus only on the current week. Provide priorities to the production area when an issue arises (absenteeism, maintenance issues, etc.), directing which production lines must be prioritized on the shop floor. Notify Materials Planning of a material shortage caused by a late supplier delivery; adjust the plan based on the best arrival date and inform the latest changes to the production planners. Notify Molding Planning when material shortages from quality issues or other deviations occur, which can create a significant impact on the plan or operation (shutdown). Generate delivery waste POs during year‑end. Follow up daily with stakeholders of deviations affecting the delivery of the production plan on time (OTIF, schedule adherence, accomplishment, volume‑pcs), identify root causes and trigger corrective actions. Do you have what it takes? Experience in production planning processes, including inventory analysis. Work schedule 4x4. Experience working with SAP. Experience in advanced Excel. Experience in problem‑solving methodology. Demonstrate open and structured communication style (spoken and written). Attention to detail. English intermediate (conversational).
