We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in roofing, construction, restoration, or a similar field-service industry. This role will oversee project coordination, operational workflows, subcontractor administration, client communication, and process execution to ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Project & Client Coordination Manage client communications and provide project updates Set up and maintain project records and documentation Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate with sales teams, crews, subcontractors, and clients Proactively identify and resolve operational issues Operations Management Maintain accurate CRM and project data Support workflow management through ClickUp and other systems Manage project documentation, photos, and updates through CompanyCam Generate operational reports and dashboards Ensure processes are followed consistently Subcontractor & Compliance Administration Collect and maintain subcontractor documentation Track insurance certificates, licenses, and compliance records Assist with subcontractor onboarding Support contract administration and document management Maintain organized and accessible records Process Improvement Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies Recommend and implement process improvements Create and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation Support operational scalability as the company grows Required Qualifications: Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or a related industry Operations, project coordination, or project management experience Strong understanding of construction project workflows Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and follow-through Experience with CRM systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications: Roofing industry experience CompanyCam experience SOP development and process improvement experience What Success Looks Like: Projects stay organized and on schedule Clients receive timely communication and updates Project records are accurate and accessible Subcontractor and compliance documentation is maintained Operational issues are identified and resolved proactively Teams have the information and support needed to execute efficiently Processes scale effectively as the company grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
