Responsibilities Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, manages complex metadata deployments, and optimises multi‑org strategies for seamless integration. Implements monitoring solutions, optimises Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR), and configures proactive alerting to prevent incidents. Manages Databricks implementations, monitors API health and performance, and establishes observability standards across integration layers. Oversees platforms, defines GIT branching strategies, and establishes release governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality. Develops sandbox refresh strategies, automates environment provisioning, and implements data masking protocols to protect sensitive information. Version Control & Branching Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and code merges. Ensure proper governance and code quality standards across teams. Development & Automation Work with VS Code and shell scripting for automation tasks. Design and maintain DevOps pipelines for CI/CD processes. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Salesforce Administration Oversee sandbox refreshes, user access, and environment set‑up. Manage Salesforce metadata and configuration changes. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards. Release & Deployment Management Plan and execute deployments across multiple Salesforce environments. Coordinate release planning with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure successful releases. Collaboration & Leadership Act as the primary liaison between development, QA, and business teams. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins. Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes and tools. Qualifications 8‑10+ years of experience in the DevOps ecosystem. Strong experience with Salesforce Administration and DevOps practices. Experience in Databricks. Proficiency in GitHub, branching strategies, and version control. Hands‑on expertise with VS Code, shell scripting, and DevOps pipelines. Deep understanding of Salesforce environments, sandbox management, and deployment processes.
